(?j.ENTLEMEN,— - We the undersigned Electors and Freeholders of the Town of Napier, request that you will at your earliest convenience, convene a Public Meeting, in order that an opportunity may be afforded for the expression of opinion on the subject of the Land Regulations, by the Members of Council for the Town of Napier and their Constituents.
