To His Honor the Superintendent, William Colenso, and Thomas Hitchings, Esquires, Members of the Provincial Council for the Town of Napier. rj.ENTLEMEN s—We5 — We the undersigned Electors and Freeholders of the Town of Napier, request that you will at your earliest convenience, convene a Public Meeting, in order that an opportunity may be afforded for the expression of opinion on the subject of the Land Regulations, by the Members of Council for the Town of Napier and their Constituents. We have the Honor to be, Gentlemen, Your obedient Servants, (Here follow the Signatures.) To Messrs. Edwards, Triphook, Bray, and the other Gentlemen signing the requisition. GENTLEMEN, — In accordance with your desire, as stated in the requisition this day presented to us, we have much pleasure in calling a Public Meeting at the Golden Fleece Hotel, for the evening of Monday, 28th November next, at 6| o'clock, for the expression of opinion on the subject of the Land Regulations, and at which we hope to be fully informed as to the wishes of our constituents in regard of them.
