NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Court will be held for Revising the List of Voters for the District of the County of Hawke, at the Supreme Court House, Wellington, on FiirDAr the Bth day of July, 1859, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, to be continued thereafter by adjournment at the Resident Magistrate's Court &nja%^ Napier, on the day following the then next a^J/; ; val of the "Wonga Wonga," or other steamer % from Wellington, at which The claims of persons objected to will be deter* mined. The names of persons proved to be dead will bo expunged. The names of persons whose Christian. Names or Place of Abode, or the nature of whose qualifications Bhall be wholly omitted where by law required to be specified in the Lißt, or whose places of abode or the nature or description of whose qualifications are insufficiently described for the purpose of identification, will be expunged, unless the matter so omitted or insufficiently described, be supplied to the satisfaction of the Revising Officer, before he shall have completed the revision of such List of Voters.
