Throop, from Wellington, with 21 packages, T. H. FitzGrerald ; remainder of cargo for Stuart Kinross & Co. Passengers, Mr. Holland, Mr. & Mrs. Hayes. — Sluart, Kinross, & Co., agents. SAILED. Dec. 2 — > Clara, schooner, 10 tons, for Mohaka, ■with miscellaneous cargo. The "Lucy James" made a fine passage from "Wellington, having sailed on Sunday, at 8 a.m., and arrived off the entrance at 3 p.m. on Tuesday. She returns this day, having on board a full cargo of "wool — from 60 to 70 bales.

The 'Eliezer' and 'Pegasus' for Auckland will also sail this day — the latter with a return cargo of fat sheep.
