The general inference is that a cyclone is fstill (located iru the souftjh central portion of the Tasman Sea, but is almost stationary and is apparently filling up. An anti-cyclone covers New Zealand. The forecast is for light to moderate and variable winds, with north-easterlies predominating. The weather will be fair to fine and warm. Seas are smooth to moderate.
