Sir Charles Kinesford Smith’s organisation intends to go ahead with the development of the trans-Tasman air service, says the “Sun.” It is applying to the Postal Department at Sydney for permission to carry air mail between Australia and New Zealand by-weekly starting next July. The officials of the organisation have indicated that the service will be operated by a company with a capital of £300,000, which will be found by British citizens.
