Eltham Euchre and Dance
Parish Church Social In the Parish Hall at Eltham on Thursday evening a social in the form of a euchre tournament and dance attracted an excellent attendance Euchre prizes were won by Mrs Edgecombe, Mrs B. Roberts and Mrs Carncross, and Messrs G. Warrender, .R Grenfell and T. Jamieson. Travelling prizes were won by Mrs Roberts and Mr R. Grenfell. For the dance session music was supplied .by Mrs A. Sait, and Mr J Henley acted as master of ceremonies A novelty Monte Carlo waltz was won by Mr Wilkinson and Miss Wih
The function was organised by Mrs C. Joyce, who was assisted by a banc of willing helpers.
