CHARGES DISMISSED
MAN AT A MOTORING CASE. RESERVED JUDGMENT GIVEN. The charges of heing intoxicated while in charge of a car and with failing to keep to the left, preferred against Douglas Henry Jones, of Ma~ naia, were dismissed by Mr W. H. Woodward, S.M., in his .reserved judgment given in the Hawera Magistrate’s Court to-day. On a charge of using indecent language he was fined £l. Costs amounting to £7 were allowed against him. On a charge of having no driver’s license he was fined 10s with 10s costs.
