SERIOUS ARMY DISORDERS
REPORTS FROM BANGKOK SEVERAL OFFICERS ARRESTED (United Press Association —By Electric Telegraph Copyright.) SINGAPORE, Aug. 10. Serious army disorders are reported from Bangkok, where the Siamese Government has arrested 15 non-commis-sioned officers who are alleged to have been conspiring towards, an insurrection.
Mr Luangpradit, Siam’s mystery man, who is at present Minister of the Interior, has left for Europe. His object is not disclosed. It is considered significant that the Minister of the Interior and not the Foreign Minister is making the journey.
