SMALL BOYS BREAK INSULATORS, (By Telegraph—Press Association.) BLENHEIM, July 24. . Three small brothers appeared in the children's court to-day and pleaded guilty to smashing 30 electric insulators. The police stated that in the last twelve months 300 insulators, had been broken in various parts of, tile district.

The magistrate remanded the children to be flogged by their father. “If he doesn't do it I'll order it to be done by a. constable,” said the magistrate.
