ARREST BY AMERICAN POLICE
CLOSING OF FRENCH BANK. (United Press Association—By Eliclric Telegraph Copyright}. NEW YORK, July 23, The police have arrested B. Coles Nci decker on a cabled request from the French Surotte Generate saying that a warrant was issued for his arrest in connection with the closing of the Travellers’ Bank at Paris. The police have also been requested to arrest , two brothers and -other members of the family on their arrival in the United States a few days lienee. Neideeker said the total losses -of his financial operations would not be more than £50,000, despite the larger estimates that were made in France.
