CUNNINGHAM TROPHY SHOOT (From Our Own Correspondent) The Patea Miniature Rifle Club held its first shoot for the Cunningham trophy on Monday night, when the following scores were registered:—N. Coad 68 (handicap 2) total 70; R. Vinton 64 (53) 693; J., Bates 66 (33) 693; F. Floyd 61 (s*) 66f; Miss E. Willis 58 (83) 66£; A, Bond 58 (83) 663; F. Joynt 61 (4f) 653; Miss M. Coad 51 (133) 643..
Owing to his leaving the district in the near future, Mr. C. East tendered his resignation as secretary, and at a meeting held after the shot Mr R. S. Vinton was elected to the position.
