WORLD GLIDING RECORD
DISTANCE OF 305 MILES. (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph Copyright). LONDON, July 23. Ludwig Hoffman set a world’s record by gliding 305 miles, says the Berlin correspondent of the “Daily Telegraph.” He beat the record established by Dittmars almost exactly a year ago.
