COUNTRY PEOPLE’S DAY

SOUTH TARANAKI SHOW MANY VISITORS ATTEND Country people’s'day at the South Taranaki Winter Show was held yesterda}', there being a large influx of visitors for the fixture. The halls were thronged at each session and on all sides favourable comment was heard on the comprehensive lay-out and diversity of the displays. To-day is children’s 'day at the show and, although the weather was unfavourable, a holiday spirit pervaded the halls. The show will conclude at 10 o’clock to-morrow night.
