LONDON, Juno 26. A definite improvement in the economic condition in Argentine is indicated in a report by the commercial counsellor to the British Embassy at Buenos Aires to the Department ot Overseas Trade. The report says that 1934 marked the Republic’s emergence from the trough of the depression in which it had been engulfed since the collapse of the world’s economic structure, the steady effort by both Government and the people having at last begun to show positive results. During the year to June 30, 19114, the United Kingdom exports to the Argentine had increased* by £1,500,000 over the corresponding period for 1932-1933. It was hoped there would be a further increase in Argentine purchases from tho United Kingdom in 1935.
