LONDON-, June 20. *ln the cricket match South Africa v. Staffordshire, the County eleven were dismissed for 60 runs. The tourists in their first essay at the wickets compiled 190, Backhouse returning to the pavilion with five wickets to his credit at. a cost of 49 runs. When stumps were drawn South Africa had taken five of the County wickets in the second innings at a cost of 33 runs. Crisp took three wickets and Bell the other two.
