SOUND BASED ON GOLD. (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph Copyright). Received 10.30 a.m. to-day. PARIS, Juno 15. M. Henry Regnier, in an article, writes that the franc, based on gold, guaranteed the imposing coverage, is sound currency on which Britain and America should align their currencies. They should not expect from France a new, impossible devaluation, he says.
