SUDDEN HEART ATTACK WATTING TO ATTEND CABINET (United Press Association —By Electric Telegraph CiopyrtetatJ Received 1.15 p.m. to-day. PARIS, June 13. The Minister of Education, M. Marcombes, dropped dead from heart failure at the presidential palace while talking to colleagues. He was waiting to attend a Cabinet meeting. M. Laval summoned M. Marcombe’s wife and broke the news to her. The meeting was postponed.
