COMPANIES DISPUTE AIRED
CLAIM FOR SECRETARIAL WORK DIRECTORATE VENDETTA ALLEGED. (By T^kgraph—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, June 13. Two companies came into legal conflict in the Supreme Court at Wellington to-day when before the Chief Justice, Sir Michael Myers, Kemball Theatres, Ltd., claimed from. British Filling; Stations, Ltd., for £276 ss. The claim, which was denied by the de-r fondant company, was for secretarial and accountancy work alleged to have been performed. During the hearing counsel for the defendant company .asserted that behind the litigation was “a vendetta carried on against Kemball .senior h'mself by three directors’’ of Kemball Theatres, Ltd. The hearing was adjourned until tomorrow.
