Two companies came into legal conflict in the Supreme Court at Wellington to-day when before the Chief Justice, Sir Michael Myers, Kemball Theatres, Ltd., claimed from. During the hearing counsel for the defendant company .asserted that behind the litigation was “a vendetta carried on against Kemball .senior h'mself by three directors’’ of Kemball Theatres, Ltd. The hearing was adjourned until tomorrow.
