RETURNED SOLDIERS’ VIEWS. CONSCRIPTION OF ALL RESOURCES. (By Telegraph— T-rets Association.) DUNEDIN, Juiio 13. A recommendation that in the event of war the whole of the Doxuinion’a economic resources should be mobilised as well as men is contained in a remit forwarded by the Dunedin branch to the R.S.A. conference. j Mr J. G.
