NOT GUILTY OF MURDER

In the Criminal Court Leslie Warhurten was .found not guiltv of the murder of Paul Drasdoff at Wavcrley on .September 1. Warburton reiterated his innocence and declared that Mrs Drasdoff had made a terrible mistake in identifying him as the perpetrator. Warburton was discharged. Ihe charge arose out of a hurglarv by an armed thief. Detectives gave evidence that Mrs Drasdoff identified Warburton in a pa jade of nine men at the goal. Warbur ten had taken detectives to the cemetery at Rlandwiek, where he indicated where a pair of rubber gloves and an automatic pistol were lying in the grass.
