EDISON WORKERS ON STRIKE
ELECTRICIANS DEMAND MORE PAY. INDUSTRY DISRUPTED AT TOLEDO. (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph Copyright). TOLEDO, (Ohio), June 5. A strike of electricians and office workers in five plants of the Toledo Edison Company compelled some of the largest industries at Toledo to shut down to-day amt threatened to paralyse industries in 20 other cities. The strikers declared they would shortly make the strike 100 per cent, effective. Electrical workers have asked, for a 20 per cent, increase in wages.
