NARIER-GISBORNE RAILWAY
ARRANGEMENTS FOR FINANCE. GOVERNMENT CONSENT AVANTED (By Telegraph—Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, April. 23 On his return to New Zealand this morning, Mr AY. D. .Lysnar, ; fprmei M.P. for Gisborne, stated in an view that he had made .arrangements wtih three leading groups of London financiers for financing the completion of the Gisborne railway. Air Lysnar has brought terms with him in writing, and if the •Government agrees to them there should be no difficulty m having 1500 to 2000 . men working on the completion of the railway very shortly.
