NON-PLAYING CAPTAIN
AMERICAN DAVIS CUP TEAM (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph Copyright). NEW YORK, April 22. Walter I. Tate, New York, has been designated non-playing captain of the .United States team, consisting of Grant, Budge and Mako/ to meet China at Mexico City on May 10 in a Davis Cup tennis match. Tate will be captain only for the North American zone matches, and the captain for the European zone will he appointed later.
