TUe weather was perfect cm Saturday when followers' of the WangauiuEigmout hunt met at the Whcnuakui a cross roads for ail afternoon’s sport. Unfortunately, there were-too many ■ gullies to allow for any long runs, but a f several short chases gave the horses plenty of work "ancl jumping. Six kills during the afternoon equalled the record and showed that the hounds weie alive and keen. Properties prepared for the hunt belonged to Messrs. L. and E. Rerrett, Prout, Bremer Hurley Davidson and Meßae, and hearty cheers were accorded these owners at the end of the day. .
