MAST STRIKES POWER LINES
UNUSUAL BOATING MISHAPBOY SEVERELY BURNED (By Telegraph—Press Association.) DUNEDIN, April 22. Aii unusual accident occurred at Karitane on Saturday, a boat in which three lads were sailing becoming “alive” through the mast contacting with a power line crossing the river. One boy was badly burned about the head, back and feet and, becoming unconscious, fell into the river, from which he was rescued by tho others and successfully resuscitated. The current set the jibstay afire.
