AMERICAN TREASURY OFFER BONDS WORTH £386,600,000 (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph Copyright). WASHINGTON, Ap r il 21. Tlie Treasury announced to-day more important conversion operations. A total of £386,600,000 worth, of the first Liberty 4£ per cent, bonds will be called, and holders will be offered in exchange 2 7-8 per cent. 20-25 years’ bonds or 1 5-8 per cent, live-year notes.
