TO STAMP OUT GANGSTERS
SPECIAL POLICE CORPS. SPANISH PUBLIC WARNED. (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph Copyright). Received 2.45 p in to-day. MADRID, April 21. A special police corps is being enrolled with the aim of stamping out gangsters. They will patrol in, motorcars and afoot. The public are warned that they must immediately put up their (hands when challenged, or the police will fire.
