INTERNATIONAL CONGRESS (United Pros* Association —By Eleotrio Telegraph Copyright). ISTANBUL, April 19. The congress of the International Women’s Suffrage Alliance opened at Yildiz Kiosk. The Governor of Constantinople and the president of the Union of Turkish Women welcomed 300 ■delegates from 30 countries as far abroad as India, Australia and Jamaica. Mrs Corbett Ashby, in her presidential address, outlined the alliance’s principles, . including support of the League.
