At the trial of Anton Rintelin,. who is charged with treason and alleged to have been implicated in the murder of Dr. Dollfuss, M.< Karwinskv, Secretary of Justice, gave evidence of -»Jr. Dollfuss appointing Rintelin as Minister* at Rome. The witness said that Dr. Dollfuss remarked: “I must send him abroad. The only place in Austria I would want him would he in a concentration camp.”Members of the Cabinet gave evidence that Dr. Dollfuss did not trust Rintelin.

M. Sto'ckinger, Minister of Trade,' alleged that Dr. Wiedenhammer, the Nazi leader who has since fled to Germany, was seen at Rintelin’s hotel the day Dr. Dollfuss was murdered.
