NEUTRAL ZONE CREATED. AGREEMENT WITH ABYSSINIA. (United Brew Association—By Electric Talegrapb Copyright) Received 2.15 ,p.m. to-day. LONDON, March 5. The Italian Embassy, informed t'he British Government yesterday that an agreement had been concluded between the Italian and Abyssinian, Governments for the creation of a neutral zone in connection with the dispute in the Walwalwardair area. The Italian officer commanding troops at Wardair has been .instructed to co-operate with the Ethiopian commander in defining the zone.
