INDECENT ASSAULT CHARGE. CASE IN PATEA COURT. On a charge of indecent assault at AVhenuakura on February 9 a Alaori, Peter Simmons, was committed for trial at the next Supreme Court session at AVanganui, by Alessrs A. T. Christensen and E. F. Hemingway, justices of the peace, at Patea yesterday. Detective-Sergeant J. AValsli conducted the police ease and Air AV. M. Alilliken represented the accused, who pleaded not guilty.
