LONDON, March 4. The Chronicle’s political correspondent declares that associates of a wellknown millionaire are prepared to spend £200,000 in forcing the resignation of Mr Ramsay MacDonald and the withdrawal of the India Bill by running independent Conservatives at byeelections, forming “True-Blue” Conservative organisations and holding demonstrations tnroughout the country.

The political correspondent adds that the Government’s reply will be an official announcement shortly that Sir Kingsley Wood will be appointed an unofficial Minister of Government propaganda, with a special staff. He will also co-operate with the Conservative central office and the Liberal, National and National Labour committees.
