REDISTRIBUTION OF VOTES. LARGE INCOME CREATED. (United Press Association—By Electrics Telegraph Copyright.! Received 11.20 a.m. to-day. LONDON, March 3. The Observer says the International Tennis Federation on March 15 will consider a re-distribution of votes, more greatly recognising countries w.hich have become more important since the votes were originally allotted. Although the votes of France, Britain, Australia, Germany and America will he increased from six to twelve, Canada, Italy, New Zealand, and South Africa will be increased from four to nine, and. Japan and Czechoslovakia, which formerly had two, will be given nine. Other countries with three will he given seven, with proportionate increases' among the lower representations. Thus the voting power will be increased from 99 to 259. The change also, gives the federation a larger income, as the cost per vote at the annual mooting is increased from £1 to £2, giving an income of over £SOO.
