SYDNEY, Feb. 20.
The Minister of Labour and Industry, Mr J. M. Dunningham, will represent the New South Wales Government and Parliament at the jubilee celebrations at London. The Premier, Mr B. B. S. Stevens, will be unable to leave the state in view of the approaching elections.
