Simpson, £2 14s 2d; Ellis Bros. v. Airs T. W. Stacey, £1 11s 2d; A. J. Cooper v. R. W. WiTiis (balance), £2 10s.
On a judgment summons, Albert Canty was ordered to pay J. A. AlcKenna the sum of £ll 6s forthwith, in default 11 days imprisonment, the warrant to he suspended on the payment of £2 per month.
