Stay at Eastbourne
Their Majesties the Guests of the Duke of Devonshire VISIT EARLY IN FEBRUARY (British Official Wireless.) Received 11.30 a.m to-day. RUGBY, Jan. 4. The King and Queen intend to make a stay at Eastbourne during the early spring. They go to Compton Place, Eastbourne, as the guests of the Duke of Devonshire towards the end of February. The King’s physicians. Lord Dawson of Penn, and Lord Gordon, have.been consulted and agreed as to the suitability of Eastbourne.
