KINGSFORD SMITH’S PLANS PLANE MAY BE SOLD (United Press association—By Electric Telegraph Copyright). Received 1 p.m. to-day. LOS ANGELES, Jan. 4. Sir Charles Kingsford Smith announces that he is sailing on Wednesday for Australia. He is leaving his aeroplane behind and possibly it will be sold.
