NEGLIGENT DRIVING CHARGE

INVERCARGILL MAN ACQUITTED (By Telegraph—Press Association.) DUNEDIN, Oct. 24. William James Strang, Invercargill, was acquitted in the Supreme Court to-day before Mr Justice Kennedy on a charge of negligently driving a motor car at Clarendon and thereby causing the death of a motor-cyclist.
