GIFT OF LAND UNDER ACT. (By Telegraph—Press Association.! WELLINGTON, Sept. IS. The Appeal Court’s decision in the case of Seoones v. Galvin was reserved. The chief question fo r determination was whether the gift of the land under the Land Transfer Act is complete without registration of the instrument of gift against the title to the land.
