LADIES’ CLUB TEAM WINS. SUCCESS - IN DOUBLES. Badminton match play was concluded at 'Hawera yesterday, when the ladies’ club defeated lady members of the Hawera club by 17 aces, the game score being 9 all. The ladies’ club side scored 208 aces fo 241, owing its success to a preponderance in tlie doubles matches, where four games’ to Hawera’s two were scored.
