Leaders in all parts of Bengal, representing every section of the community and every of political thought, have decided to offer wholehearted co-operation tvith the Government in eradicating terrorism in the province. A conference decided that what was most urgently needed was the organisation of systematic publicity on a wide scale to overcome misunderstanding and misrepresentation of the Government’s policy, thus ensuring healthy contact between the Government and the people.
