The Lake Ferry Hotel, at Palliser Bay was ' burglariously entered between sunset and 10.30 p.m. on h riday last. An entry to the bar was made through breaking a neat hole in the window and turning the catch. The thief took the contents of the till, £3, and some whisky, etc., amounting to about £7.
