Dear Sir, —I feel it my duty to express my gratitude to you. It is now upward of three years since I took a course of physical culture from you. I may say that previous to taking this course I was known as a bleeder, my nose bleeding without provocation and not knowing when to stop. The deep breathing rapidly cured it and I can truly say it has only bled, twice in the last two years, aud then only lasting for a few minutes, notwithstanding I now play a hard game of hockey. Apart from this I have straightened my spine in a few weeks, it having had a distinct curvature.
