May 3. . .At the wool sales, 6721 bales were offered including 6305. New Zealand and 5208 were sold, under good, general competition. Tffe bulk sold at steady rates. Some of the prices were : New Zealand greasy, merino, Birehill, Marlborough, top 20d, average 17 7-8 d; scoured Merinos, Flockhill, top 31d, average 29Jd,._ . ....... . .... - ..... The Bradford .market is steadier, owing to the London sales better.than. wa,s generally expected. Seventies are-38jd, 64’s 37Jd. 60’s 35d, ■56 r ®, 25Vet, 50\s 19d, 46’s 14Jd, 40’s ‘ .
