There was a good attendance at the annual meeting of the Rawhitiroa Ladies’ Golf Club on Tuesday and the report recorded a, successful season and expressed the hope for similar success in the coming period. The election of officers resulted: Captain, Mrs. H. O. - Belcher; secretary. Miss G. Willy; committee, Mesdames F Cave, D. Knuekey, J. McLaughlin and Miss D. Robinson. The captain and secretary were appointed joint handicappers. ARRANGEMENTS FOR. OPENING. The committee of the Rawhitiroa Golf Club met on Tuesday, when it was decided to officially open, the links for the season on May 10, when a mixed foursome will be played. A medal round will be played at the week-end. It was reported that a considerable amount of work had been accomplished on the links by the voluntary effort of members. The second hole had been lengthened.
