ROME, May 2. The Prefect of Horae has closed 13 shops for disobeying Signor Mussolini’s order that food prices must be lowered in order to compensate workers for the recent wage cuts. Shops have been similarly dosed at Vicenza, Milan, Siena., Naples and elsewhere.
