It is now upward of three years since I took a course of physical culture from you. _I may say that previous to taking this 30UH9C I was known as a bleeder, my nose bleeding without provocation and not knowing when to stop. The deep breathing rapidly cured it and I can truly say it has only bled twice in the last tnvo years, and 1 them, only lasting for a few minutes, notwithstanding I now play a hard game of hockey. Apart from this I have straightened ray mine in a few weeks, it having had a distinct curvature.
