AMERICAN WALKER CUP TEAM. DROVE 1500 BALLS INTO SEA. (United Press Association— By Electric Telegraph Copyright.! LONDON. April 29. The American Walker Cup golf team arrived at Glasgow and wont straight to St. Andrews for practice. All. are in fine condition. The drove 1500 balls into the sea when practising shots aboard the liner Caledonia. Sometimes they used ice*bergs, 24 of which were sighted, as lines of direction for their drives.
