WELLINGTON, April 30. Results of the 1933 competition for His Majesty’s trophy and the Imperial Challenge Shields for miniature rifle shooting by boys of the Empire have been, received by the Defence Department from England. Canada, with an average of 83.971, was first in. the King’s trpphy. South Africa, with 79.926 was second and Britain with 73.634 was third. New Zealand with 71.621 was fourth. The New Zealand section of the Empire honoui's list for the trophy presented by Lord Jellicoe is headed by the Rotorua High School with a total of 91.947, while the following gained distinction: St. Patrick’s College, Silverstream, 89.412; Cathedral Grammar School, Christohureh, 82.05; Boys’ High School. Christchurch, 81.539; Wanganui Collegiate School, 81.45; Waitaki Boys’ High School, 79.893.
